Cancer Prevention Strategy #3 – Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the key and the begging of all emotional healing and freedom from any form of cancer or disease. You will know you have forgiven someone when you see them, or someone mention them, and you no longer have an emotional reaction.

STRATEGIES FOR PREVENTING CANCER THROUGH FORGIVENESS

  • Decide to change.
  • Release the Need to hang on to it or Revenge.
  • Let go of Resentment.
  • Learn to deal with each situation when it presents itself.
  • Choose positive thoughts about yourself and others and refuse all negative thoughts you have the power to do it.
  • Put all your attention on what you want and none on what you don’t want.
  • Change your attitude toward the past; release the past and forgive (yourself or others).
  • Know your worth: we all are fearfully and wonderfully made.
  • Love yourself and others, Love is stronger than Death.

Follow these Four Agreements that will help to keep your emotions sound & stable.

  1. Be Impeccable with your word
  2. Don’t take Anything Personally
  3. Don’t make Assumptions
  4. Always do your Best

If we can see our state of mind (which controls our emotions) as a disease, we find out there is a cure. We must forgive those we feel has wronged us. Forgiveness is the only way to heal. Always doing your best to forgive, along with the other three agreements are great Habits to have.
