Toxins bombard us from the time we get up, until the time we go to bed. We are constantly exposed to toxins, and they work their way into our bodies faster than the body can eliminate them.  This process eventually leads to allergies and disease states in the body.

You should detox through a good detox program. There are many types of detox programs out on the market today but finding the right program for you can be a challenge. You will find detox programs in a box, bottle, liquid, patches, colonics, enemas, yoga, massage, exercise, bath soaks, and a host of other things.

I strongly suggest juice fasting, I found out that juice fasting helps to support your natural detox system along with the digestive system as they work closely together. We need to shut down the digestive system in order to get the best results from our detox program.  By doing so you give it a chance to rest and repair itself to work at optimal capacity.

Everyone no matter what your health status is; should at least fast (no solid food) 24 a week or 72 hours consecutively a month to maintain general health.
